We give great priority to providing you with unharmed products, and for that, we keep products integrity during transit. We pack them with sheer care utilizing exceptional high quality packaging so that the package arrives at your doorstep in the optimum condition. Moreover, fragile items are packed with extra care for prevention of any damage.

3. Delivery

Our team strives to deliver your orders efficiently and promptly; once your order is processed and packed, Orders placed within Lahore will be delivered within 3 working days; for other cities, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 days. We have reliable shipping partners known for their timely delivery services. Please note that delivery times vary depending on specific circumstances and locations. Advance paid orders for all over Pakistan will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Receiving

Cheer up, you are receiving your order, it has been a worry free experience, and now it’s time to check and inspect the packaging for any damaged signs. If you notice any issues, such as a torn or damaged package, you can refuse to receive this order and return it in the same condition to the rider. 

5. Easy Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top concern, and we’ll ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please note that if you have ordered your desired product and the same is sent to you, then it won’t be refunded or replaced. In case of damaged, torn out packaging or wrong order, keep the product in its original condition, keeping it intact; our team will look into the matter and assist you in return; after 24 Hours pass, no claim will be entertained. If the customer claim is verified, a new order will be dispatched with free delivery. In special cases where the customer requests a refund, it will take a minimum of 10 working days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s account.
